I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was the lack of availability at the front desk—there were multiple times when no one was there to assist, which made it difficult to get help when needed.
Additionally, when I requested to switch rooms, the staff was not very accommodating. The process felt dismissive rather than helpful, which added to the frustration.
To make matters worse, the room itself was not fully clean upon arrival. This is a basic expectation for any stay, and it was disappointing to see that it was not met.
Overall, the service and attention to detail fell short, and I hope management takes steps to improve both staff responsiveness and cleanliness standards.
