Hot water for shower take so long or nothing, only 1 towel even i ask for an extra they did not give but thanks to the housekeeper girl in Veranda, she is nice and give me one. I also ask for a breakfast to go a day before that if we can have a breakfast to go on next day at 7am because we have a tour and we need to be at 7:45am at the meeting point but we got no breakfastat all ww need to leave asap because of the meeting point time and still they did not pack any even a bottled water. We habe stay at the extended side of the hotel and the room had no socket for charging near bed only 1 near Ref but not working we need to charge at the bathroom and most if all no wifi in room only outside. But at the main hotel there is a pool and the beach it‘s nice that‘s the only positive comments that i can give. It‘s about 15-29 minutes to El Nido Town. Tricycle cost ₱100.00 everytim. Airport transfer cost ₱1,200
