During my stay, I was awakened twice in the middle of the night because my room was so cold. When I asked the person at the front desk if the thermostat is locked on a specific temperature because I can’t increase the temperature in my room, I was told that the heating system is very weird and then given instructions on how to increase the temperature of my room, 2 degrees at a time, waiting in between each temperature increase. I tried this recommended approach and it did not work. The room stayed at the same cold temperature. Also, my room only had one remote for two tvs in separate rooms and it didn’t work. When I told the person at the front desk that I needed two remotes, he reached down and pulled a new one out of a drawer and gave it to me. So then I still only had one remote for two tvs in separate rooms.
