Just want to highly recomand this property! Great location and very clean. The apartment is perfect and I love that the air conditioning was on when we entered the room. The fact that they have a small garage makes it even batter. I do appreciate the communication with us although it was after 22:00 when we got at the property. There are restaurants and caffès right outside. I’ve enjoyed it and I recomand it.

This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!

We loved here so much we’ve stayed twice. Spacious and spotlessly clean apartments in a grand building just off the ring. Walking distance to museums and the palace. Everything you need in the kitchen plus a much appreciated washing machine. Stay here to feel like you live in Vienna.

Save your money - our family was completely disappointed by this Apartment rental. The place was extremely dirty when we arrived, and we cleaned for two hours. We sent a message to the staff, and they got back to us the next day saying they would send a cleaning crew. The cleaning crew did minimal cleaning, and we took several photos to depict the fifty floors, stains on the walls, disgusting kitchen (refrigerator and freezer), and what appeared to be blood on the walls and lamps. We asked for a refund or partial refund so we could move locations, and the staff kept stalling saying they were waiting for a response from the management team. They also told us we did not have to clean ourselves. I'm not sure who likes to live in filth on a vacation. The second shower was clogged and caused water to run all over the floor into the bedroom. The service team said a technician would come the second day between 5-7pm, and they did not. Water was still pouring out of the shower, so they came to fix it the next morning (Day 3). Anytime I asked for compensation, they had an excuse saying they addressed our concerns by Day 2. And management did not agree with our requests for a partial refund. I am still waiting for contact information for the management team, and I have been home 3 days. The emergency number provided gave us no response until 12pm the next day. The communication and level of support was horrible! Save your money!

Amazing Property!

Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people.

This property is beautiful, it looks exactly as it appears on pictures. They quickly answer all our questions. The only thing I could recommend is adding a pan in the kitchen.

The glasses were dirty, the electricity in the room didn’t work. I appreciate you offered to fix it but we were there for 2-days and spending hours with some of your maintenance men as going to take away from our time to enjoy the city.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area

This was an excellent apartment. Easy check in. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Very airy and full of light. The location near the Votive Church is a beautiful and safe area with an easy 25 minute walk into the city centre. A “hop oh hop off on” tour bus stop is 5 minutes walk away in front of the Votive Church. There are plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk including a number of kebab shops and Chinese take aways. There is a reasonably sized Billa supermarket a few minutes walk away. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property offered a lot of space, which was nice, but only had one toilet for 6 people. The shower in the master also had no door and the water went all over the floor - so unusable completely. it was also showing heavy wear and tear inside - back door (huge. tall glass door) came off hinge completely while there and almost fell on my 9-year-old. The air conditioners also didn't work until the last night of our stay when someone came into replace a part. Definitely needs some updating and Maintenace done to the apartment to make it fully functional as a rental.

The place is great and the apartment is nice but we have had all the following problems : @ the air conditioning system is very noisy. We are obliged to turn it off in the living room and the bedroom. As a consequence the high temperature prevent us to sleep well. We informed the team immediately but nothing was done. @ the key cards was desactivated when we came back to the apartment at night. When we phoned to team, the phone call stopped automaticaly before I can speak to someone. It was a source of stress until I succeeded to reach someone. @ during one night (at 01h20 AM) we heard a big beep every 30 seconds in the living room. It was the smoke detector. I had to climb on a chair to take it down and to remove the battery.
