The hotel lobby looks modern, gym is spacious with lots of equipment, and the staff I interacted with were nice. We had a hiccup where the room we were given was not clean with stains on the sheets and toenails on the floor, but it was quickly handled by the front desk and we were given a new room.
You can tell the property is aging though by the room decor, nicks in furniture, DirecTV was unusably slow and delayed, and the sofa beds are not cleaned properly with crumbs, dirt, and stains. The best part was the breakfast with a lot of hot and cold options made fresh daily. However, breakfast hours are limited from 6-9am. Additionally, they do put a $160 hold on your card even if you already paid in full which I have not experienced before.
Rooms are large and quiet with a kitchenette, water pressure was strong, property has everything you could need, and the stay was overall pleasant enough for our needs. I’d consider staying here again, but with the limited breakfast hours, inconsistent/inattentive cleanliness, and TV situation, considering the price and status of Hilton I might look at other properties.
