It was too cold to swim but pool was clean.The rooms were clean.The shower takes time to heat up and onlt gets to a warm temperature not hot with low pressure.The restaurant was a bit over priced for the breakfast and dinner spread.The chef at the buffet station was a bit flustered by the amount of egg and omelette orders she had and kept some guests waiting and forgot other orders.The dining experience needs to be improved for the prices they charge per head it is not worth it $25 breakfast and $22 dinner.
When the head chef came to check if our meals were ok.I gave him honest feedback about the quality of my meal which was not expecting Upon receiving the information his face changed and walked away without acknowledging my grievance which I found unprofessional.I did inform the other staff who went on to apologise for his behaviour.Perhaps a simple customer care refresher training is required for some of the non-customer facing staff in order to deal with such issues.The casino was closed and waiting for new machines so didn't get to experience that side of the hotel.
