One of the worst holidays we've had. The Greenchalets mobile home looked like it came from the 1980s: dirty, covered in marks and scuffs, and every time you sat on the sofa, clouds of dust came out. The smell was unbearable—we bought air freshener within 5 minutes of arriving because we couldn't stay inside. There was no electricity when we arrived, making the place an oven. The toilet was infested with ants, and eating on the terrace was impossible because of the wasps. I was stung twice and both my children were stung too.
The only positives were the pleasant terrace (without food!), decent shower for a few minutes, and having two fridges.
The "4-star" campsite is disappointing. There is effectively one overcrowded pool where relaxing is impossible. Pool rules are ridiculously strict: no normal men's swim shorts, no food, drinks or even water allowed, and you must shower every time you re-enter. The toilets by the pool smelled strongly of urine, even at opening time.
The shop is massively overpriced (€4.50 for a basic ice cream, €0.80 for one egg) with a €10 minimum card payment. Staff were, in my opinion, unfriendly and unhelpful.
Finally, almost all guests were Dutch. Nothing against them, but my English/French-speaking children couldn't make friends because of the language barrier.
We definitely won't be returning.
