DECEPTIVE PRACTICES & POOR SERVICE - AVOID!
What promised to be a comfortable business stay quickly devolved into frustration. The "free drink voucher" promotion was misleading - these were only valid for children's fruit juice, a deceptive tactic to lure guests to their overpriced restaurant.
The laundry service was extortionate (6000 Thai baht/£160 for six bags) and substandard. Our "cleaned" clothes were returned with visible stains and still smelling of perspiration. Some items appeared completely unwashed. This created ongoing embarrassment as we needed these clothes for business meetings throughout our trip.
Staff handling of issues was poor. They claimed to have called about laundry problems at 8:00 AM but left no message. The manager later contradicted himself, saying they "didn't want to disturb us" yet claimed they called anyway. By the time our unwashed laundry was returned (11:30 AM on our final day), it was too late to find alternatives.
Reception staff displayed condescending attitudes behind artificial smiles, making every interaction uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with unhelpfulness.
We invested significant money and received only stress, inconvenience, and dirty laundry in return. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this establishment unless you enjoy paying premium prices for substandard service and deceptive practices.
Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
