May bank holiday short stays
Just back from a 3 night bank holiday break. We just needed a base as we planned to visit Port Aventura theme park. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy.
Location was great, just a short walk away from the main strip where there are bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is also a short walk. Taxi’s were easy to get from the hotel and only a 10 min drive to Port Aventura.
Bar staff in the hotel were friendly and service was quick. Entertainment great for young children, staff work hard to entertain guest.
The Pool is a good size and lots of space. Could be heated though as it was like an ice bath.
Room was nice and comfortable, small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Made service cleaned and made beds but did not restock tea & coffee, however a quick request to reception fixed this. Lots of storage space and a safe available for €10 refundable deposit. No iron in the room, and only 3 plug sockets, 1 in the bathroom, 2 in the kitchenette and one in the sofa area. None in the bedroom. We had a side pool view.
Didn’t eat in the restaurant therefore cannot comment on food however we did get a Pizza in the pool bar which was nice and the cocktails were so good!
