Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked.
Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was really thin, when you sat on it you were basically sat on the bed base and when you laid on the bed you could feel the springs in your back and side.
The walls were wafer thin, you can hear the tap running and toilet etc from the room next door. Also the water in the bathroom made a right racket when you ran the tap, shower or flushed the toilet.
Had an awful nights sleep, not helped by the person in the room next door (room 53) coughing and spluttering all night. Due to the wafer thin walls he may as well been sat on the bed next to me.
Absolute nightmare, won’t stay in the Sleepwell again.
