Disappointing Stay ā Cleanliness Standards Not Met
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Marriott Bonvoy property. Upon check-in, I found the room in an unacceptable condition: the kitchen had trash left behind, the pull-out bed was unmade with cushions scattered on the floor, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and a side lamp was broken. This experience did not align with Marriottās āCommitment to Cleanā initiative, which emphasizes rigorous cleaning protocols and guest room sanitation . ļæ¼
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I chose this hotel expecting the high standards the brand promises. Unfortunately, the lack of proper housekeeping and maintenance fell short of those expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to uphold the quality and cleanliness standards that guests anticipate from Marriott properties.
