The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, upon arrival, the credit card machines we were all down. So guests were asked to " go grab lunch, or tour the town" until "hopefully", machines would come back on.
Temp's outside we're in the 20's/30's, and after a long day of hiking outdoors in the snow, all we wanted was a hot shower. Which we never got. We took cold showers as we were informed on the second day, that the hot water heaters were all down. And the only floors getting hot water was the first floor. We were on the 3rd floor. We were told that they would get fixed that day( our second day), we decided to stay as moving hotels would be such an inconvenience. But after another day in the cold and snow from hiking we came back to yet another day of cold showers. That's when we decided to find another location as there was no hot water. The staff were friendly and understood our circumstances.
