The rooms are in a very poor and outdated condition — visible mould in the bathroom, mosquitoes inside the room, and overall neglect that is unacceptable for a Marriott Bonvoy–branded property. When we raised concerns on the first day, the staff assured us the issues would be fixed, but nothing was addressed until we had to follow up again ourselves.
While the staff we interacted with later were polite and tried to be helpful, it does not compensate for the appalling condition of the rooms, which completely ruined the experience and left a very bad impression.
The restaurant was equally disappointing. The pricing is aligned with Marriott Bonvoy standards, but the food quality was far below expectations — so much so that we genuinely regretted choosing to have lunch there.
This property does not live up to the Marriott name, and I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider unless significant improvements are made.
