We recently stayed here and overall had a decent experience. The location is excellent. Close to shopping and plenty of food options, which made getting around very convenient. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, our room was surprisingly quiet. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Coffee is available 24/7, which is a great perk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.
There are a few areas that could use improvement. The hall carpets were stained and looked worn or in need of a deep cleaning. Our shower also needed better attention as there was orange discoloration in the grout along the lower portion. There were no shelves for toiletries so we had to use the pull down seat to hold our items. Breakfast was OK, but the eggs and potatoes lacked flavor compared to other chains.
One note for future guests: I booked a handicap accessible room because it was the only one available. It is truly designed for accessibility. The bathroom is one large, open shower, so water spreads onto the floor, and the bed did not face the TV. If you are not expecting that layout, it may feel a bit awkward.
