Love the property and staff , food and service were great. But there is a huge noisy project just across the street. Assume new condo's or resort

It was very clean, neat and beautiful. The staff were exceptional. However, I wish there was a more convenient way of getting coffee first thing every morning.

The hotel is located at the back of The Mansion. It is also close to Minesview Park. They have a parking , restaurant, garden. They are pet friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are welcoming and hospitable. The best thing with this hotel is its location. If you want to experience Baguio in its original prestine atmosphere, this hotel is a good choice. Pine trees still abound in this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in my next visit to Baguio.

2 Night Stay at Sierra Pines

It was a fun 2 night stay at Sierra Pines. The hotel is new. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed at their family room which is a loft type. Very comfortable for 6 people. It has 4 single beds and 1 queen, 2 flatscreen TVs, and lots of toiletries.

There’s a construction across the street and they should work during the day instead at night where we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise but overall the hotel itself is newer than the rest in the area and breakfast is different daily.

Good food selection on the breakfast buffet but the room we stayed in had dark lighting and carpet needs to be replaced with wood flooring. Can hear other guest talking from other rooms.

Feels like Baguio here

This hotel is unlike most hotels in Baguio. It is beatifully situated on a mostly quiet hill road. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing construction site in front but overall, the noise was tolerable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was superb. Some low points were a broken exhaust fan on our original room (they moved us to a bigger room) and a stain on one of the bedsheets (they replaced it immediately) Overall, wonderful hotel

4/10 - Aceitável

the rooms beds were moist from the moisture of air so it causes the bedding’s to almost feel wet. in addition there are definitely bed bugs. my guests and i all woke up from bed bug bites after our stay which is unfortunate. otherwise the stay was fine but if you’re okay with bed bugs this is a decent hotel.

Nice but very late check in

We just stay for overnight since it was fully booked the next day. The service was quite nice and the food was okay however, the check was so late at 4:30 pm. This was the first time that I experience that the check in time was so late

Could be improved

First time to stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, you are greeted by courteous and helpful guards at the basement parking. Check in was a breeze, front desk staff was quick and efficient. Hotel location was excellent and was near parks and great restos. Room was big and had a huge balcony eith a great forest view. However, bathroom needs to be improved. There was a constant leak on our bathroom floor that looked like it came from the bidet. Bathroom tiles also need some good scrubbing.

Very generous with toiletries but may have overlooked to provide extra bathroom tissue so we had to call to request for a refill. But overall, we love the place. Very clean and with friendly staff.

Great location, poor front desk experience.

Poor front desk experience. Steak was so hard it damaged the filling on my tooth. Great Location walkable to tourist sites. Good new year set up.

Very good value for money. Pine trees all around. Lots of open spaces. Breakfast buffet should include bacon and pancakes.
