I recently stayed at Royce hotel with my family, and overall, we enjoyed our visit. The staff were courteous, the facilities were clean, and the location was very convenient. However, I would like to share feedback regarding the breakfast pricing policy.
During our stay, my 8-year-old daughter was charged the full adult breakfast price. I was surprised by this, as many hotels typically offer a reduced rate for children or complimentary breakfast for younger guests. While I understand each property has its own policy, this is a nickel and dime approach to customers. It’s very low standard for a new I recently stayed at your hotel from [dates of stay] with my family, and overall, we enjoyed our visit.
