The hotel staff is great and the lobby is amazing. Fresh water and coffee is always available, and there are plenty of places to sit an relax while you wait for a table at the restaurant or wait for your ride. It's also close enough to main roads and bus terminals that it's easy to get to Hollywood or downtown. But the rooms themselves leave something to be desired.
Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was a 2-bed room. Walking in, the first thing we noticed was the size. It's extremely small, with very little room to move around and certainly no room to lay out your bags. Next, we tried to close the window, but it wouldn't close all the way. Part of the track was sticking, so only the top half of the window was able to be latched. Finally, in the bathroom, the shower is a small open stall, so water gets absolutely everywhere.
Regarding the comfort levels of the room - the beds are nice, but the noise is ridiculous. We were kept up all night by our upstairs neighbor who was dropping things on their floor from midnight to at least 3am. I called the front desk and they said they would call the room. It stopped for about 20 minutes. I have no idea what they could have been doing but it was unbearable. The floors are hardwood with no subflooring so you hear every. single. thing. If you are a light sleeper, then skip this hotel.
