I think this place is going through some management changes. It looks really impressive when you walk in, but the room keys go inactive quite frequently. During our two night stay, we lost count of how many times we had to reactivate them (8+ times). Housekeeping knocked on our door before we checked out. The radio was played all day and night- I couldn’t sleep because of the noise, and no one was outside because the restaurant and pool were closed. I could tell the staff wanted it off and could only turn it down. Who wants to listen to the radio when you can listen to the waves and see dolphins from your balcony? Then we had a fire alarm go off at 6 am. None of the staff came out to help or explain what was going on. It’s a beautiful place, but it’s too chaotic for me to go back.
