This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.

Let’s put it this way- I checked the beds for bed bugs! Not very clean at all. Would not stay there again.

This property is OK,but all the hotels in seaside are old.My room was somewhat updated, but the outside of the building is scary looking. The pool was nice and clean and the location to the boardwalk was amazing. I paid for the price and convinced.Would I stay there again IDK,maybe

Our happy place! We absolutely love taking spontaneous trips down here and booking with Dry Dock! The Staff is SO friendly and we love the pool which is immaculately clean! The air conditioners are cold. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Amazing!

The air conditioning worked great. The beds were big and comfortable. There was a T.V. a microwave and a small fridge. The shower was great. It was a very simple comfortable room.

The location and convenience of the property was most important to me for this stay. The tv had limited stations available and the property was dated . I recommend this property for short term stays as it provides accessibility to all.

This is a fabulous and comfortable property! The staff are wonderful! So friendly, kind and helpful at all times of day and night. They felt like friends by the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many wonderful choices. Our room was large, clean and comfortably furnished. We slept every night like we were at home in our own bed. I can’t say enough about this property or the people who work there! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staff was great and rooms are clean and it’s so nice to be so close to beach to watch sunrise.

It’s not worth saving some money to stay here. The place is outdated, stained, feels dirty and unsafe. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Rooms seem like a prison cell. Just spend a little more and go somewhere better, trust me.

The motel is dated and the bathroom needs to be redone, not just painting the tub/shower. Also, the toilet seat was not attached to the bowl and needs more than just a cleaning. The beds were pretty good and sheets were clean.

Need to get better beds and get more channels for the TV or get smart TV.

Pictures online are nowhere near what the actual rooms look like. Only the two king size beds were accurate. Parking is limited in both size and availability. On a plus the room did smell clean.

I never give bad reviews, but this motel should be ashamed charging ppl the amount they charge for a night stay. The only thing that looked clean in the room was the sheets & covers. We discovered that food was left in the microwave, don't know how long but it had an odor. Then there was snacks and trash in the draw of the nightstand. The shower curtain, you can tell was not washed. The shower walls were not washed.parking is a tight fit.
