The property does not fit the traditional concept of a hotel — there is no reception or on-site support during the stay, which may impact the experience for guests seeking convenience and continuous assistance.
Monica and Clarissa are extremely kind and attentive, which is certainly a positive point and deserves recognition. However, some operational aspects compromise the overall experience.
The location is not easy to find, especially for first-time visitors. Breakfast must be scheduled in advance, which reduces the spontaneity and practicality typically expected from this type of accommodation. Additionally, the mattress in the room shows clear signs of wear and should be replaced as a matter of urgency.
Overall, despite the warm hospitality, the structure and logistics still fall short. For these reasons, it would not be an option I would choose again.
