am writing this review following an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. The online check-in system is simply not operational. I spent several hours trying to obtain the access codes, sending messages that received replies only after long delays, sometimes hours, and with phone numbers that did not work. There is no written procedure explaining how to retrieve the codes, and no clear instructions from the hotel at all.
Access to the room required payment of a small tourist tax, yet the hotel’s system to process this payment repeatedly failed. Without payment, no code could be generated — and even after many attempts, the system was still full of bugs. When I finally received a code, it was incorrect. I arrived around 10:30 p.m., waited for hours without assistance, and ended up having to find and pay for another hotel at the very last minute.
My partner, who reached the hotel earlier, was also left waiting outside for hours, late at night, in Buenos Aires — a situation that was both stressful and unsafe. We requested reimbursement for the additional night we had to book elsewhere, but the hotel has not responded to this day.
This experience was unacceptable. A hotel that does not ensure basic access, communication, or guest safety cannot be considered reliable. I am now seeking legal action to recover the losses caused by this negligence.
