Stay away

The hotel is extremely dirty and this is not a 4 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and a bed to sleep on, this is not for you. Dirty carpets, dirty tables just terrible. Left my booking earlier just because we couldn’t take it any longer.

Hotel bagus dekat Simpang Lima

Hotelnya terkesan cukup mewah, lantai dan dinding lobi full marmer. Tapi sayang lobinya sangat sempit dan menjadi satu dengan lobi apartemen. Lift tamu hotel ada di ujung belakang gedung di lantai B1. Jadi Dari lobi harus turun beberapa anak tangga. Tidak bagus untuk tamu hotel penyandang disabilitas dan pengguna kursi roda. Di dalam kamar, lampu m3ja dan lampu standing lamp ternyata tidak ada bola lampunya. Jadi pada hari kedua menginap baru dipasang bola lampu baru, setelah kami complain ke reseptionist sampai 2x. Teh, kopi, dan gula di kamar juga tidak direfill oleh house keeping. Setelah kami complain baru dilakukan refill. Kolam renang hotel berupa infinite pool ada di roof top. Jadi cukup bagus viewnya dari kolam renang saat berenang pagi, sore atau malam hari. Tapi sayang kolam renangnya juga menjadi satu bercampur dengan penghuni/penyewa apartemen. Pemandangan dari dalam kamar sangat bagus karena langsung menghadap ke simpang lima semarang. Jarak hotel ke simlang lima juga sangat dekat, hanya beberapa puluh meter, dan cukup 5 menit jalan kaki saja. Parkiran mobil sangat sempit aksesnya. Tapi untung ada layanan vaket yg membantu memarkir kendaraan tanpa biaya vallet.

My wife came to Hotel but they didn't check her in because their program was not working. She came at 2 am. And they throw here away. Even didn't get my money back.

Pleasant stay

Good affordable hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are depending on the view, smaller and or larger in sqm. The AC works a bit slow, shower and room facilitt is good. Better than standard. The breakfast is somewhat okay, not the top of the bill. But that makes sense because of the price. Friendly staff overall we had a pleasant stay

Superb pool, lovely room, lousy breakfast

I stayed in Louis Bandanaran before,... that’s why I booked this at Simpang5. Becos I like their sky pool so spectacular. Room has even better view overlooking the whole Simpang 5 park. Modern, clean small room (no bath tub though). Everything perfect except 1 drawback : it has the smallest breakfast area (around size of 2 rooms combined) I have ever experienced from other many hotels in Semarang. Then of cos the choice of food is so limited. Sub-standard breakfast.

Only stayed 1 night. The hotel only has 2 elevators serving 25 floors. During peak times, it takes forever for the elevators. Bathroom is very small. + location is very central.

Wifi Super Slow, Louis Kienne is located strategically on one of main road in Semarang and it is a skip from the heart of the city (aka Simpang Lima) - an excellent location for your stay in Semarang. The guest service is standard. Check in process is unenthusiastic

Thin wall & Hidden Charges

Overall stay was full of disturbance, the room given to me has connecting door inside, and apparently the walls were so thin that I could hear when someone was talking next door. First night, two guys. Second night a group of family with kids that was really noisy that I couldn't sleep. they would arrive late at night and the kids would make screams and noises, completely ignoring that it was almost midnight! Also, I would like to complain regarding this booking that has charged an extra 300,000 ,- which actually was a room guarantee that should not be submitted to the bank - I tried to contact the number listed but the phone is not being registered - I tried to find the website but also fail. is this some kind of scam?

Good location, but no efficient reception staff

The staff of reception is not qualified, as they cannot handle busy situation, and not polite to customers waiting the room. Even we arrive the hotel in time, and cannot get the room soon. We almost wait one hour just because the excuse "room is still prepared!!"

交通方便, 飯店還算新, 但是需要條件無法給予, 因為我們帶小嬰兒, 需要較安靜的房間, 但是卻給低樓層且吵雜的房間, 隔音差, 讓人不易入睡
