Firstly, I would like to thank you for your service during our recent stay. We truly appreciated the cleanliness, safety, central location, and the beautiful views your hotel offers. The facilities and modern technologies throughout the hotel were also impressive.
However, I would like to bring to your attention two important issues we encountered:
1. Bathroom Design Concern:
The bathroom in our room has a sliding aluminum gate that does not fully seal the area. As a result, water from the shower easily flows out into the corridor. Unfortunately, this caused a serious safety issue—our baby slipped and fell on her back twice due to the wet floor. I strongly urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future. A proper seal or threshold could greatly improve the situation.
2. Deposit Policy Clarification:
After paying the full amount for our stay, we were asked to deposit an additional $500 as a safety deposit. We were not clearly informed of the reason or purpose for this charge in advance. I kindly request clarification on this policy.
Despite these issues, we had an overall pleasant experience, and I appreciate the service provided by your staff.
