Very poor communication from the team. I didn’t realize that it was a remote hotel, and there would be no on site staff to assist. Upon my arrival, I had a hard time finding place. They should’ve sent an email with information about which doors to go through and how to check in.
One night, I got locked out for a few minutes. I was typing the correct code in, but for some reason, it didn’t work. I called in the middle of the night for assistance, and no one answered. Luckily, I eventually made it in, but things could’ve gone horribly wrong.
When I messaged to inquire if they had any check out instructions, I was told check out was at 10am but the Hotels.com reservation reads 10:30am. They were fine accommodating the 10:30 checkout, which was great.
Overall, there were minor inconveniences along the way that would make me reconsider staying here again.
The location is pretty good. About a 20 minute walk to Trevi. The neighborhood was quiet. The space was mostly clean.
