The staff was nice, the room was clean though not in the best condition - there was no towel holder... you could see where it used to be but it was just missing. The ceiling had some spots where it was patched or repaired and just not blended well.
Get the top floor if you can. While the room above me seemed to go to bed around the same time as me, I could hear every footstep. And it sounded like two kids were having races from the balcony to the front door.
The view is amazing as the building is up a winding road.
I would stay here again if I can get the top floor. For the price, it was one unit of hotel.
