The room was decent considering the remote area. However the toilet was dirty and clogged when we got there and the room had foul smell. It was hard to even sit in. Upon 3 phonecalls, a "housekeeper" showed up. I understand the delay considering it was after-hours. But upon arrival, she tried to give me the plunger, suggesting me to do it myself... which is downright horrible. That's not how any hotel should treat it's guest. Upon my refusal, she did it, but it was well over and hour after we got there. Another fellow guest said he had problems in his room too and was trying to get hold of room service to no avail. It It's probably the worst experience I've had when it comes to room service.
In the morning when I complained in the office and earlier experience, the lady just said "sorry that happened"... But offered no price adjustment or partial refund. Would not recommend!!
