I had one of the worst stays here and would strongly advise others not to book this location.
From check-in, my room had a strong cigarette smoke odor, even though management claimed no one smokes in the rooms. I have an allergy, and nothing was done to move me or fix the issue. The smell got into all of my belongings.
Throughout my stay, staff knocked on my door daily for no valid reason, even after I asked not to be disturbed due to my work schedule. It was intrusive and unprofessional.
The worst part happened on the day of checkout (3/30). Before my checkout time, staff entered my room without permission and removed my belongings while I was still an active guest. This is completely unacceptable.
What made this even worse is that management did not even attempt to resolve anything—no apology, no accountability, nothing. It was made very clear they do not care about guests, only money.
A formal complaint will be made regarding this experience.
