To Start off I want to say Check in was easy. Cleaning Lady for our room was amazing top notch. Employees at buffet and drivers who drove us around the property were all nice.
When we booked the resort we asked the hotel 24 hours before to pick us up they wanted to charge us 60$ at the airport we just took a cap and cost us 40$.
This place is no where near a 3 star resort. I usually do my best not to even leave review because I feel bad. Seems like there’s no management on site and they have slowly given up on this place. 98 percent of food is the same everyday. I thought we would at least receive some fresh fruit juices instead we had bottled juice served everyday
There’s only two bars on this site 10 feet from each other. Next to the buffet the bartender I believe his name was Luis. I waited patiently for about 5 minutes as he was serving two young ladies and chatting with them calling them “Barbey Girls” as he finished he immediately passed me and asked the guy behind me who just walked in, what drink he likes. Very rude guy pretends like he owns the place and does as he please.
On the Beach it’s shared with other hotels and public there’s no one from the hotel to help in anyway.
The positives we traveled with 2 kids we took advantage of the beach everyday. The water was great some high tides but very manageable and we enjoyed the beach.
If I was invited for free to go back here I truly would Not stay at this resort but I would definitely stay around that beach.
