Pros:
- Good location, close to Ximending, close to restaurants, shops and train station.
- Facilities in good condition, friendly staff
- Good air conditioning
Cons:
- They don't have their own toilets, you have to go outside of the hostel to use a public toilet, and it can be quite far if you stay in certain rooms (suite A for example)
- The bathroom floors are quite dirty as people use outdoor shoes. Outdoor shoes should not be allowed in the shower area.
- The metal stairs for the bunk beds are quite loud.
- The lights in the bedrooms are not controlled centrally by the staff, so the lights can be turned on by anyone in the middle of the night (which happened during my stay).
- Essentials such as towels are additional costs not included in the price.
