6/10 - Bom
28 de abr. de 2026
Despite being told by Hotels.com that the featured photos were up to date ( Jan 2026 is was told ) it was obvious upon arrival that they were not.
Several aspects of the Villa had changed although the overall image was similar, however this location needs some attention. Even the front entrance doors do not open as shown, and the entry curtain has been removed, as had the doors that hid the kitchen area.
Various things around the villas need attention like the constant dripping within a wall void , and the rusty taps. Doors on the ground floor are worn and glass panels need better paint work , as do various areas around the pool.
The pool itself whilst nice is too deep for families the shallow end is 1.5m quickly dropping to 2m, and the air jets don’t fully work.
The best things about Villa One are the two staff that attend daily to clean Nyoman and Nengah are great but can only work within the venue provided by the owners, who clearly don’t care, as many of the points I have raised have been mentioned in other reviews but not attended to.
The Villa is well located very close to Seminyak Village and Square , although some taxi drivers are incapable of negotiating the narrow access to the road.
So thanks to Nyoman and Nengah for their efforts, but no I don’t recommend Villa One in its current state, we would not book it again and suggest those considering it to not be fooled by the listing photo.
Yes today I could and did take similar images, but on closer not for us.
