Overall the stay was decent. Room entry is outside, which was sketchy for a woman and young child. No elevator, so if you cannot take stairs, make sure to get first floor. It is very close to the highway and our door did not have stripping, so sounds and light poured in. Both the kitchen sink and the shower hardware need attention - sink faucet was comically loose and the shower was so weak I thought I'd never get the shampoo out of my hair. The office chair and blue velveteen chair were both dirty like a man...relieved himself on them. These things def need to be wiped down by the cleaning ladies if not downright shampooed with a vac. YUCK! I had to throw towels over them.
Front desk staff was okay. They always said hello, but never smiled or made eye contact. They seemed drained of all happiness, but weren't rude. Breakfast was pretty good and their coffee machine was great. Beds and pillows were comfy. Besides the gross chairs, the room and bathroom felt very clean and attended to.
