Unfortunately upon arrival, the receptionist insisted we cancel our Expedia booking and pay them directly in cash. When I refused, this went on back n forth for sometime eventually I was able to check in. I had a local friend who helped talk to the man at reception, who didn't speak a word of English.
The room I checked into stank of cigarettes and had a bad odour of stale cigarettes in the room.
The following day upon check out a different member of staff apologised for the experience of the previous night and offered one nights free accomodation.
Unfortunately due to the stench of stale cigarettes and the poor customer service I politely declined and made arrangements elsewhere.
I would recommend paying more and avoiding this place all together.
