Ive been staying in the bosfora since 2 years and this time I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service From the hotel and the staff overall I had 2 rooms booked on a 6 nights visit family trip and our stay wasn't good one of the room the key card pouch isn't working at all which keeps cutting the power off so many times we experienced no electricity at all upon reporting the issue Mehmet the afternoon receptionist keeps saying we need to insert in the slot which we kept doing and never worked the night receptionist didn't have a clue of what we reported the only helpful person was the day receptionist Goksel who tried his best to arrange things for us . Is dusty the tap of the bidet keeps coming off and the a/c doesn't generate cold enough air in this heat of 30 plus degrees all everyone keep on doing is saying it's ok when it's not ok we pay our money to get comfort and service not these kind of issues. Unfortunately I won't be returning back to this hotel on my next trip due in 6 months as it's not worthy it my money it seems that management doesn't care about customer well being and welfare I will also be making a formal complaint about the issues to my travel agent not to review the hotel as 5 star ⭐ doesn't deserve it and I will highly recommend you invest somewhere else before finding dust, broken tap and no toilet paper service as well as no lights in the room
