I enjoyed the staff working at the hotel except one employee. She smelled like alcohol all the time, was grumpy, and rude at the front desk. The rooms look old but were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook, clean, and store items. Do recommend more cabinet space for those who stay there on a monthly basis. Recommend putting poop bags out in the area where dogs go potty. The area is full of poop and garbage. Somewhat clean area around the outside of the hotel. Could use some stray garbage pick up in some areas outside.
Locks on doors need updated and fixed. Sometimes cards don't work on doors. Also poor keys. Always having to go to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed.
Housekeeping is fantastic! Always making sure your room is cleaned and that all guests have toiletries.
Overall I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.
