First of all, I booked this hotel because they had a decent looking pool. We get there, and the pool is “Out of Service” so that was a major bummer. My son was pretty devastated since he had been talking about wanting to swim. I mean how hard is it to have a pool up and running? You are a hotel, you should have that fixed and working. It’s really not that hard to do.
Next, there was only ever one person working the front desk and there was always at least 5 or 6 people in line to check in. You had to stand there for 15 minutes for anything you needed. For example, I stood there for 15-20 minutes just to check in. Later that same night, I went down to their little market to get snacks and had to wait in line 15+ minutes again. Really annoying and inconvenient.
Last but definitely not least, there was an African American woman who was working the front desk the afternoon/night of Saturday, December 21st, who was extremely rude. Not friendly at all, just rude, cold, and short with me. That pissed me off and ruined my mood.
All of this to say, we will not ever be staying at this hotel again when we come visit Chattanooga.
