Booked this hotol on black Friday sale. Hotel is under major renovation(much needed), which should be disclosed when booking due to the caution tape everywhere and busted holes in walls. Every faucet/shower was dripping in the 3 different rooms we stayed in. Were we displaced from our original room at 3am the 3rd night and moved to another part of the building due to a broken sprinkler head in another room, which caused evacuation. The pics of the pool and lazy river area make it appear much larger than reality and the water was very cloudy. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

When we got there they were renovating. We did not know. The “arcade” room was a few games not what I was expecting. The pool area was like a dungeon. Not like what is pictured. There was dog poop in the hallway. When we got to our room the fridge stand was broken and the fridge was wobbly and leaking water. We went on the balcony and there was a dirty baby diaper on the air unit. We found another baby diaper behind the dresser. The room was not clean. The chair to the table in the room had bird poop on the cushion. Then, this morning a room on the 6th floor had a fire and we all had to be evacuated at 3:30 am. We were able to go back and pack our bags at 4:30 am and everything was flooding and our hall had the power shut off. So we had to carry all our stuff down 5 floors and track through standing water. Not the hotel experience I was expecting for our family holiday weekend.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: This was the worst hotel my wife and me have ever stayed at. I booked through hotels. com and paid when we checked in, I will get to how that was a BIG mistake later. We were going on a vacation before my wife started her next round of treatments for breast cancer. It started out as ok, we could live with it. The smell of the place was like old incense or something, and the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, but I received a decent price so I figured we would deal with it. On the 3rd day of a week stay we were in our room as my wife was tied and laying down. A hard beating on the door then insued, I thought it was an emergency. Instead it was the manager I think his name is Nash saying the hallway stink and started accusing us of smoking, now granted we have never smoked in our lives but this man is telling, I said he could come in but he didn't. He yelled at my wife and that was the last straw as we had to get out of there before I was arrested for something he wouldn't have liked. He said a refund for the 4 days was being issued right then, we found another hotel within an hour and enjoyed the rest of our stay. I'm the end a refund was never issued, I even have the email where they tried to say it was, but the owner was caught in several lies by the customer service at hotels. com, PLEASE, pay the extra $10 a night to stay at a better place, you will thank me.

The property needs condemned it’s so nasty ,lights broken , heat and air broken , unfriendly staff with kids running the halls at night , pool is nasty , carpet smells like pets and urine , broken ice machine, tv cut in and out with lines through the picture, this place is a nightmare

Staff was nice but the room wasn't very clean, beds were very worn down. There appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comfortors. There was a wadded up towel thrown into the top of the closet area. There were signs saying they were renovating and definitely evidence of renovations behind done which is fine. I hope to check it out once renovations are complete. The pool area was open but also getting renovated so it wasn't very welcoming.

The room was old, had a strong smell in it. Bed sheets and pillows were not clean and the pillows were of bad quality. The carpet and ceiling had defects. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned when I got to the room. all the toiletries had not been restocked. The toilet was dirty. There was hair all over the counter. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and needed to be updated due to horrible sagging in them. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and there was no heat in the room. There was one elevator for the whole hotel, one ice maker, it worked the first day but never worked again. The breakfast was okay. The hotel was under construction and not specified on the website. The pool area was in horrible disrepair. Shocking that it was still being used. All in all, not a very pleasant stay..

The motel was not clean, the water was not hot so Luke warm showers at best. There were holes n the bathroom door, the ice machine was broke. The halls had a bad smell. Only one elevator working. Would not recommend staying here. The website is very misleading the place does not look like the photos.

The staff was very nice however the room was very subpar. Sticky tile floors, holes in the couch, room did not smell clean or fresh. I was very disappointed in how this hotel had declined over the years.

To much to list. Only 1 of the 4 elevators worked, the heated pool was cold, the security cameras were literally hanging from the ceiling, we had blood on our comforter, we were moved to another room that had a leak in the bathroom and exposed wires. It was a cheap hotel, I got what I paid for.

Only 1 elevator worked so no handicap accessibility to the pools. Breakfast was horrible. Complained about cigarette and weed smoke in the halls, nothing was done. The wifi was horrible. Signs everywhere stating they were under renovation, yet there was none. Mattresses were horible, you could feel and see every spring and coil. The bathrooms are like closets with water stains and holes in the ceiling. Never ever wpuld we stay there again Mattresses Never ever would i stay there again

The room and view were great. The fireace didn't work so they fixed whi6we went to eat. When we got back it wouldn't turn off. We slept with the sliding door cracked because it wso hot.

When we got to the room you could tell that it had not been cleaned properly. They didn’t have rags so we had to go buy them. Housekeeping never cleaned the room while we were away. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The hot tub and lazy river was the only good thing about our stay.

The room was gross yes they say they are remodeling but I think that’s an excuse. There was mold in the bathrooms and the refrigerator still had food someone else left. The sheets and blankets had stains and burn holes in them. The floors were gross I could go on and on. We will never stay there again. We would of moved hotels but it was during New years and ever hotel was triple the price or couldn’t accommodate our big family as everything was sold out.
