Cosy and welcoming

Comfortable hotel with spacious room and ensuite. Toilrtitires and tea making facilities provided. Great location - walking distance to various pubs, eateries and most importantly the beautiful beaches.

Great hotel in a fun little town along the Wild Atlantic Way ( WAW). Jackie (spelling) the owner was excellent, very friendly gentleman. The entire hotel staff was very warm and welcoming.

Very welcoming. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location - centre of High Street, with fab pubs and venues and 5 mins walk to stunning beach. Definitely return.

Just a little tired

Good location within the town. Good bed. I was a little worried about the dust in bathroom fan and dirt on bath sealant. Very good breakfast. Freshly cooked.

Beautiful guest house with restaurants and pubs on your doorstep. The owner Jackie is an absolute superstar and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back

Nice little place right on the main street. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of pubs and restaurants right next to and across from the hotel. We had a room in the far back, so it was quiet. The owner was very friendly, and the breakfast was super generous.

John and Jackie are very gracious hosts. We had several morning tee times and they arranged early breakfasts for us ... 0630! Hotel is conveniently located in town with several walkable dining options. John recommended some tourist sites for us to explore the West Coast of Ireland. They both provided great stories about the history of Ballybunion and the origins of the golf course. We appreciated their hospitality.

Very convenient location in Ballybunion. Jackie and his staff were incredible and went out of their way to make our stay the best. We had early tee times and they accommodated our breakfast times to insure we had the best Irish Breakfast to start the day with!

Disputed Cancellation Monies

Absolutely appalling service which is in dispute. I am trying to get a refund from the owner as we cancelled verbally by phone on Thursday 16th at 4.10pm but was told abruptly to do it online which I did and kept getting redirected back to establishment directly. Now have a service report in progress as €150 being taken by them. Owner hung up phone on me this morning Wednesday 22nd and spoke so derogatory this morning. So upsetting and vile man who treats people with ignorance and ill manners.
