I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the stay my partner and I experienced at the hotel on Saturday, January 31, 2026, during what was meant to be our second anniversary.
Upon check-in, our original room was not properly cleaned, with a visible carpet stain, a used shaving razor, and hair left in the shower. While we appreciated being moved to another room, the replacement room was extremely cold, with the air-conditioning blowing cold air despite waiting nearly two hours. A technician confirmed the issue and provided portable heaters, which proved ineffective and repeatedly caused the power and television to shut off due to blown fuses.
Late in the evening, after multiple disruptions and maintenance visits, we were moved again to a smaller, downgraded room. The repeated room changes, cleanliness concerns, heating issues, and final downgrade significantly impacted our stay and completely ruined what was meant to be a special occasion.
Given these circumstances, I believe compensation is warranted. I would appreciate your review of this matter and a prompt response outlining how you intend to address this experience.
