Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Room was to be a handicapped room. The following should be added to be a true handicap room.
1. Add safety hand bars in shower
2. Add safety hand rails on both sides or commode.
3. The location of the handicapped room 412 is along was from elavators.
4. Handicap rooms are better located on the first or second floors. In the event of an emergency that requires evacuation, and assuming the elevator does not work getting down one flight of stairs will likely be the most a person with disabilities will be able to do.
5. In general rm 412 needed some maintenance touch ups, especially in the bathroom.
6. Sign displaying hotel amenities was not accurate. We intended to have food from the bar on Monday and upon inquiring, were informed food was not available.
7. Room prices were within acceptable standards.
8. Continental breakfasts were good. Foods were hot and tasty. Good variety of foods and beverages.
