We arrived earlier than check-in time, hoping to leave our bags. No one was at the desk. Several minutes later, someone appeared, only to disappear into the “employees only” office. After 10-15 minutes we left.
We returned around 4:00 pm, and again waited (about 5 minutes) for someone to staff the desk and check us in.
We were on the lower level, with a pleasant view out to the bay.
When we got back to our room after dinner, at about 9:00 pm, noise from the room above was noticeable, and lasted quite a while. It resumed EARLY in the morning, and we concluded that we must be under the dining room, hearing staff readying breakfast—but we were not.
We tried to make coffee. The power light on the Keurig came on, but it didn’t brew.
Breakfast was meh. (Almost never is an included breakfast very good; this was sub-par: DIY waffles the only hot option, eggs and peanut butter the only proteins. No real butter, no cream or half and half for coffee. All on paper products.)
Hygiene products in the room were decent. Room was clean.
We wanted to bring the noise and non-working coffee maker to the attention of the staff, but, alas, the desk was again left unstaffed at checkout.
