Staff was fine and the breakfast provided was fine. However, 1) the beds were horrible as they were not flat but somewhat curved on the surface making you "roll" all night, 2) the "available" electrical outlets for devices was a joke and ALL the plugs integrated into lamps and furniture for "convenience" DID NOT WORK AS THEY WERE SO LOOSE NO CONNECTION COULD BE MADE!, all the furnishings appeared to be second hand crap or the very cheapest made in China crap available in spite of "trying" to look nice, 3) the bathroom fixture were the SAME and in fact the sink stopper was disconnected (I had to crawl under and FIX IT MYSELF so the sink would drain), 4) the LG television was BOLTED TO THE WALL (NOT ON A SWIVEL MOUNT) so you could not, a) adjust viewing angle, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, b) access the Input2 HDMI connection to plug in ANYTHING like a xBox gaming console. WAKE UP!!! This is HUGE, get with the times! Gaming and other electronics peripherals are SOP nowadays and MUST BE SUPPORTED, b) why is this important you say? BECAUSE THE CABLE/SATELLITE service provided by Red Lion is the CHEAPEST MOST BARE BONES ABSOLUTE CRAP with minimum local channels and NOTHING PREMIUM, 5) the appliances (coffee, microwave, frig) again are the cheapest lowest performing Made in China CRAP available and almost useless, 6) the bathroom fan is "so quiet" that it's function is barely noticeable...taking forever to "clear the air". SUMMARY: cheap crap trying to look nice. NEVER AGAIN!!
