First, when i got to the motel thay said my reservation was canceled by me, which I never did hotel. Come showed I still had the reservation. After about 30 minutes I got hotels.com to call them and verify the reservation. Then they had the wrong credit card and that took another 30 minutes and calling their manager in to fix it. After finally getting to the room, the TV didn't work they said they couldn't they couldn't fix it till morning then they told me it's like that and all the rooms that the cable wasn't very good. Later I stopped at the desk and asked about the deli that the advertised and said there was none and they had coffee but it was made in the morning and this was 9:00 at night the coffee was cold and bitter. I asked if they were going to give me any break on the room considering all the trouble I went through and the fact that there was no TV and they flat out said no not very happy with the room or the service and I will never stay there again. We also tried the hot tub it wasn't very hot and out of 12 Jets only four worked. Their food in the morning consisted of granola bars and cold coffee and that was it. at 9:30 pm thay started a washing machine on the other side of the wall to our room, very noisy, this went on for over 2 hours making it very hard to sleep.
