When I read hotel review, I generally ignore the worst reviews. However, in this case, the worst reviews were pretty accurate.
I stayed at the WoodSpring Suites SPECIFICALLY because it had a kitchen. BUT...there were no dishes, no utensils, not even hand towels. I thought maybe I could check them out from the front desk (for an added deposite, even). Nope. Nothing. That two burner stove and microwave were pretty useless with my stainless steel travel mug.
The room smelled like pee and was really not well cleaned. There was grime in the bathroom corners, toothpaste splatters on the faucet and mirror, and food splatters on the walls near the tiny table. The floors turned the bottom of my white socks grey.
The only thing this hotel had going for it was relatively inexpensive rates and a comfortable full-size (not queen!) bed. Also, the front desk lady was very nice (but the front desk man was not very pleasant).
