I chose to stay at this hotel because of the positive reviews and photos online, which made the property appear clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. During my 13-day stay, the microwave in my room did not work. I reported it to management multiple times, but it was never fixed or replaced. Only half of the cooktop functioned properly, making it difficult to prepare meals. The toilet was cracked, raising concerns about both cleanliness and safety. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. It was dirty upon arrival, there was visible drywall damage, and the bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust and grime. Most concerning, I found what appeared to be mouse droppings inside one of the dresser drawers, which made me question the hotel’s cleanliness standards and pest control practices. To add to the frustration, my room key stopped working on three separate occasions and had to be reactivated each time, resulting in repeated trips to the front desk. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of action after these problems were repeatedly brought to management’s attention. Based on the reviews and photos, I expected a much better experience. Sadly, this stay fell far below those expectations, and I cannot recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
