The room does not have a hairdryer like most motels. The towels and floor bath matts were stained. The only reason this did not get a lesser review was I did not see any bugs or bed bugs anywhere. The AC also was working well. So that is a positive. Front desk office guy was friendly. There is a $40 CASH only deposit required at check in that is not mentioned anywhere on the booking or confirmation email. I was able to give a personal check that would be returned upon check out. This is super inconvenient and I would have had to go find a ATM machine because I don't carry cash.

Refrigerator was frozen over had to defrost for 8 hours to use, door wouldn’t close all the way, the carpet was dirtier than the parking lot, cockroaches in the room, no drain plug in the bath tub, the refrigerator quit and leaked refrigerant thought the room and the staff said o well, ice machine didn’t work, have been there annually for 4 years, no more! The only good thing was the AC worked this time

Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof

Starting off there were cockroaches at the room, the microwave and fridge were in a horrible state, the towels provided were dirty; the bedding smelled horribly. The room itself looked and smelled bad. Not even 5 minutes into the room there was a roach. Really uncomfortable to rest knowing everything is so dirty

Ok ima preface this with yes I would stay there again cuz im a traveler on a budget with kids and ive gone thru/lived thru a lot. With that being said here are my pros and cons and I'll start with the cons cuz they may help you decide immediately. Cons: I saw 2 roaches in the room which honestly tho that area /outskirts of downtown- downtown is ridden with them so im not sure if its a pest control issue or just them wandering in from ac/heater unit n sometimes just happens. The heater didnt work well (unsure of ac) The toilet was having plumbing issues n we had to manually fill the tank The bathroom was a bit rough looking ie. Some obvious fixes were needed. Sheets and towels were mostly haggard looking ie. Stained ripped torn with few exceptions. Pro/con - water - NOTE: IT GETS VERY HOT Pros: front desk staff was very friendly I let him know about plumbing issues at check out and he said they would be addressed and inquired about my stay and welcomed me back. The furniture was actually very sturdy and comfortable albeit worn. The bed was comfy and the middle fuzzy blanket was AMAZING!!! THE SHOWER has multiple pressure settings which was incredible and I LOVED the very consistent hot water. It was actually one of the best showers ive had in awhile as I have a basic one speed nozzle! There was shampoo/conditioner and soap provided that was good for 1 shower each - 2 people worth. TV had lots of channel options and was newer for sure. More than ample parking

Everything was just dingy and in need of a deep cleaning, like baseboards and drawers. The towels were laundered but stained and were dark gray instead of white. The fridge worked, but no freezer. People were working on cars in the parking lot. Just not a good experience.
