Filthy and waste of money
The room was filthy. There was “sticky”, juices on the counter, table and tile around the tub. There was zero storage for clothes, groceries etc. the stove did not work properly. The floors were filthy. It had not been vacuumed recently as there were m&m’s on the floors and gravel. The windows haven’t been cleaned in a while. The walls were even dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. There were no cleaning supplies. The silverware was sitting on top of the fridge, it was all dusty. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes. There were no cleaning supplies to tidy up each day. The halls of the hotel were filthy. The hotel hallways smelled like “stale old food”. There was a very tacky stuffed animal head hanging above the bed, tacky and creepy. When we shut off the a/c the room was filled with mosquitoes. So we had to freeze, to keep the mosquitoes at bay. The toilet was miniatures, very hard to use for an adult.
This room was not at all like the description or pictures. Very misleading. We chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, it was not relaxing or comfortable. It was so dirty and disappointing. You’d think @$200/night, it would at least be clean ..
