The building was okay. Considering there were very few guests, parking was plentiful and never a wait for the elevator. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were hard. The bathroom was dated and not as clean as it could have been. The staff is very courteous and respectful, and helpful.

It was fine the carpet smelled nasty like a locker room so it probably is past time to change it out or clean it. The bathroom wasn’t really clean and had someone else’s hair all over the floor. And the light fixture in entrance had something on it. I cleaned the room prior to bringing my belongings in to make sure I avoided picking up any additional germs. I had to spray the floor with Lysol multiple times during the night because laying in bed the smell was horrible.

My pillow had a questionable substance, and the bed was hard as a rock. It made both our backs hurt during our entire stay. Breakfast is not good because of Covid.

A little hard to navigate to with the intersection the hotel is located on so plan ahead on that part. The hotel is a standard hotel and Covid is Covid so it’s not like anyone is hanging around.

No breakfast, you got a bag with water and granola bar an orange and muffin. The shampoo and conditioner where so bad it made my hair feel like straw, ordinarily I would bring my own but I forgot and used there’s now I wish I would’ve gone and bought some. The room was clean and comfortable, but getting a brown bag with vending machine food is very disappointing. And then have your hair feel like straw not very nice guys.

This review is only my experience with this one hotel Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn&Suites 5600 Obrien Ave. Nashville TN. Booked the room via Hotels.com arrived within minutes and requested to have a room with a tub was told because I booked through a 3rd party that they were unable to upgrade. Welcome to todays day and age where customers are just another cog in the wheel. The total disregard for customer service speaks volumes for this establishment. Keeping in mind this was around 10pm and the Clerk, Jacla (sp) refused to accommodate and instead gave a handicap room. Where is "common"sense with these people. Then after having stepped out to pick up a food. Another arriving customer was at the desk with a different clerk having a similar issue due to booking with a 3rd party. Now for my two cents to the management/ owners of this establishment. Treating paying customers with some sense of understanding and appreciation for CHOOSING your establishment over the one literally across the road might benefit you in having not only return customers but benefit in having decent reviews.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Was very convenient to downtown Nashville without paying the high downtown prices!!

I thought the staff were polite and the place was up to date and clean. The bad thing is our room 214 smelled like cat or dog urine so bad it was nauseating. We arrived Saturday night and dropped our bags in the room and left. Late that night we arrived and I realized how terrible the smell was. The next day we left early. We left the window open but it didn't help. My daughter stayed in room 201 and she said the smell came through the door. The owners of the hotel know this room stinks and they gave us it anyway. I payed a fair price for that room. This must be what the absolutely no animal policy is about. They could of changed the carpets after they found animals were ruining their rooms. I'm so disappointed, I did tell the manager when we left. He acted surprised which I know was not truthful. I handled it wrong I should of insisted on a room change. My daughter's room was very nice.
