I travel a lot and have been all over the world. From my visits to Monte Carlo, Brazil, Russia, Japan and other parts of Africa, the hospitality and care given here was phenomenal. I plan on traveling to Kenya again and to this area, and I will stay here again and again.

Individual cottages is what made us select them. Upon arrival and through our visit everything exceeded our hopes.

I'v been here many times, the place feels like coming home. Staff is always very friendly and facilities like wifi have really improved in the last few years. Good prices too.

Overall experience was good , staff was very helpful . Only bad this was the kitchen because of the language barrier . Asked how long it would be for the dinner to come . Was told 20 mins . Which is fine on a normal day of waiting , But when we have to catch a flight to the airport , it was not good ! I had to eat my supper in the taxi to the airport . Because it took almost an hour to get our food vs. the 20 mins and stated by the waiter originally . The dinner was good though , just wished we could have have ate it with our friends before leaving .

The room looked very nice, but the bathroom fittings were a bit old. Laminate is not the best flooring for a hotel room. The staff was very friendly.

Recently Poa has made some good improvements, especially in the restaurant. I visited other restaurants in Eldoret but the quality of the food is excellent. Poa deserves to have more visitors because it’s a perfect place to stay. The cottages are good and stylish, the staff is friendly and the whole place is nice and quiet

Bed and breakfast- great! Other food- awful

The place itself is really nice, and breakfast at the Rock Bay restaurant is really great. Having a place for the kids to play was awesome, and not having to leave the hotel for activities for everyone was really great. My biggest problem was really with how terrible the other meals were that we had while there. Lunch and dinner were truly awful, and room service took two hours to arrive.

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the complimentary breakfast is not good or not the restaurant. There are plenty other places to eat. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Eldoret.

My stay in this hotel was amazing. The staff including the manager were ready to assist. The only area I would like them to improve is the breakfast part.

Ok hotel for low budget but could be better

Poorly maintained...no help with lugguage and pavement has broken stones so it's difficult to rolll lugguage, towels are not well washed and some are torn and look like floor rugs, showers did not have water on first day but later had little hot water. Meals are poorly prepared but staff are nice.

48hrs at Poa place, from the airport Eldoret, Iten

The place is quiet and serene. We checked in but our room was not ready so they gave us a place to wait. The place is well designed and it's close to town and not far from the airport. The food is absolutely sumptuous. The only improvements they could make are the shower that doesn't give enough hot water and the mattress is a bit firm.
