The woman at check in was nice and efficient. The first room we were assigned smelled strongly like smoke and there was a trail of cigarette butts outside the room.
We asked and the woman gave us another room that smelled much better. The telephone was blinking when we entered. The woman figured out how to cancel the telephone alarm for us. The outlet by the sink didnāt hold a chord properly so no charging happened so that needs to be replaced.
The elevator to the second floor was out of service. The indoor pool and spa had been closed by the health department in March and has not reopened.
The breakfast buffet was fine but there were no options if you need gluten free or dairy free items.
We would not stay there again.
