This was a 4-day, 3-night trip with my parents. I would like to start with the positive feedback.
I was very pleased that we were offered both early check-in and late check-out.
All the reception staff were friendly and helpful. From the male staff member who spoke Korean quite well to the staff who assisted us during check-in, everyone was kind and professional. (Especially Kay and Zodie – they were very friendly and always gave quick responses. Among them, Zodie’s English skills were excellent, which made communication even better.)
The Beach Club and Pool Bar staff were also very friendly, and the room cleanliness and condition were excellent.
Although it was a bit disappointing that some areas were under construction and not accessible, it wasn’t a major issue.
Now for the negative feedback.
1. I requested an extra bed, which cost 130,000 VND per night.
Although I understand that the price includes breakfast, the extra bed itself was very hard and uncomfortable.
(The mattress felt like the ones used for poolside loungers.)
2. The staff managing the sunbeds on the beach were quite unfriendly. They were very attentive and polite to Western guests, bringing them beach towels, but they were not kind to me and my family. Because of that experience, we did not return to the beach afterwards.
